It’s very easy to convert a photo into a water colour photo. We just need to use a built in plugin called Watercolor ofcourse.

This is the picture that I am going to use .

now go to Filter>Artistic>Watercolor.

Use the following settings

That’s it we are done. This is what I got.

You can play with other settings to get result of your choice.
